Over the last month, I've had the privilege to collaborate with my buds at 1767 Designs and Printsburgh on a project for Kimball Office. Last week, I was in Chicago filming the last leg of the project and managed to squeeze in a little exploring :)
I can't wait to show you guys what we've been up to, but for now here a few snaps of my after hours adventures.
My honorary big sis and her hubby are about to bring a perfect creature into the world, and I can't wait to meet him or her. Brittany, thank you for being my sister. Mark, thank you for being you. I still can't believe that I am going to be an aunt in approximately 48hrs.

In December, I had the opportunity to travel to the Dominican Republic with an organization called Global Effect. Global Effect exists to bring about real, sustainable change while spreading the love of Christ to the people of the Dominican Republic. Going through my photos from the trip has brought about a flood of emotions, and I am honored to be able to tell their story.
There will be a video component to this project being released in the coming weeks, but for now, here are some of my favorite moments from the trip.

When I meet another person who is equal parts creative and plan oriented, I know I have met a kindred spirit. Hope is one of those people who "fills your bucket" when you're around her. Her energy and passion are infectious.
This beautiful soul is marrying her BFF in a little more than two weeks, and I am beyond ecstatic to see what she and Clay conquer together. Isn't it awesome when two rockstars decide to combine forces and take on the world as a team?

Patrick Hayes was one of the first people I met when I moved to Nashville in January. We met through mutual friends on Instagram and decided to meet for coffee to talk about a possible collaboration.
I had no idea when I walked into 8th and Roast the day we met that I was about to meet one of my best friends and embark on one of the most exciting projects of my career.
Pat's company, 1767 Designs is an interior design company based in Nashville, TN. Their services range from custom commissions to furniture to fully designing interior spaces. His team is built up of skilled makers and creatives with a passion for preserving the past.
They build their pieces out of reclaimed wood from houses that are being demolished in the Nashville community.
It's been an amazing ten months working alongside this team. I can't wait to start our next project in less than a week! Keep your eyes open for a new line of amazing products by 1767 Designs.
